More than work: DHL Relay
Every year, colleagues from across NEU-JKF Nordic come together for the DHL Relay – an evening built around teamwork, movement and spending time together outside the usual working day.
One team outside the workplace
At NEU-JKF Nordic, collaboration is part of everyday life.
Production, sales, engineering, customer service, digitalisation and support functions all depend on each other to make things work.
But teamwork does not always have to happen around a meeting table or on the production floor.
Each year, colleagues take part in the DHL Relay, bringing together people from across the organisation for an informal evening of running, walking, food and good company.
Different departments. One team.
The DHL Relay gives colleagues the chance to meet in a completely different setting.
Some come to compete.
Some come for the exercise.
Others simply come to support their colleagues and enjoy the atmosphere.
The important part is being there together.
It is an opportunity to spend time with people you may not work with every day and strengthen relationships across departments.
Everyone has a role
Just like in our daily work, a relay is built around individual contributions.
Some are fast runners.
Others take a more relaxed approach.
And some are there to cheer from the sidelines.
What matters is the team.
For us, events like the DHL Relay are not about being the fastest company on the course.
They are about creating shared experiences, having fun together and getting to know colleagues outside the normal working environment.
